The stunning 5 star Chalet Stellaone has all the features you could wish for when planning your perfect mountain holiday: a great location near the pistes; fabulous views from sunny terraces; a hot tub, sauna and gym, all wrapped up in a very stylish star-themed decor.
There is plenty of space for up to 12 people (max eight adults), whether you each want to do your own thing, or get together over a meal.
The pistes are just 400m from the house, and the popular village of La Clusaz is just over 1km away. With the ski bus stopping nearby, it’s easy to explore this stunning Alpine area.
Outside the ski season, the village boasts a modern watersports centre providing activities for all ages and a wellbeing area. The nearby Lake Annecy is another great place for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing.
About the property ...
Chalet Stellaone sleeps 12 people (max eight adults) in four bedrooms and a children's dorm room, with five bathrooms. The accommodation is arranged over four floors.
Enter on the ground floor, where you can dump your outdoor gear in the ski room, which has a heated boot rack, or the large storage cupboard in the hall. There’s also a double garage, to keep your cars snow-free and ready to go.
On the next floor up, there’s a gym, and sauna with a shower room and laundry. There’s also a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, and a great TV room, with a built-in sofa and double doors on the the first terrace. This sunny spot is the perfect place for the hot tub - relax, breathe in the mountain air and soak up those amazing views.
The stunning open plan living area is on the second floor, with a choice of cosy seating areas - curl up on one the fantastic window seats, or get together with friends around the woodburning stove. There’s also a television here, but we think you’ll struggle to take your eyes off the mountain views.
There dining area opens on to the second sunny terrace, where you can enjoy a barbecue as you watch the sun set over the mountains. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd, as well as a breakfast bar and doors to the terrace. There’s another double bedroom on this floor, too, with an en suite shower room and its own balcony.
One of the coolest features of this floor is the mezzanine area with a bookcase, soft seating and a glass floor! Children will love to play up here, while parents can keep an eye on them from the living room.
There are two more bedrooms on the second floor - an impressive master suite with a shower room and a balcony, and another double room with a balcony. There’s also a spacious bathroom.
The final bedroom is the dorm-style room on the top floor - there’s double bed and two single beds, making it a great family space or the perfect sleepover area!
A lot of thought has been put into the planning of Chalet Stellaone to make it the perfect holiday home - in fact, we think it’s a real star!
About the area
La Clusaz is an authentic mountain village which blends tradition with up-to-date facilities. Its traditional chalets and lively streets offer a vibrant setting with Savoyard charm. Nestled in the heart of the Aravis massif, it is only 30 min from Annecy and close to Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod. Its warm atmosphere and easy accessibility make it a popular destination year-round.
In winter, the resort provides easy access to the Aravis ski area, offering 210km of pistes that combine long descents and technical sectors across La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod, and Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. The region also offers a variety of winter activities, including cross-country skiing, dog sledding, sledging, snow biking, ice diving and ice skating.
During the rest of the year, numerous hiking and biking trails lead to superb views over the Aravis, such as the Plateau des Glières. The village boasts a modern watersports centre providing activities for all ages and a wellbeing area. The nearby Lake Annecy is another great place for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing. Other summer activities include via ferrata, climbing and paragliding, leaving you with a wealth of memories to take home.

Chalet Stellaone can accommodate 12 people (eight adults) with four bedrooms and four bathrooms over four floors, as well as a mezzanine area set up as a sleeping area.
This newly-built luxury chalet with an area of 245 m² has been designed with attention to detail, to ensure maximum comfort for all.
Situated just 400m from the Var piste, you can walk to the ski domaine in winter, as well as the mountain bike trails and hiking in the summer. The village is less than 15 minutes walk away and the ski bus stops 350m away.
The two large sunny terraces have great views of the slopes and the Aravis mountains, at any time of day.
On the lower floor, there is a garage for two cars. The ski room at the entrance is well designed, with plenty of storage space.
Upstairs, the first floor is entirely dedicated to relaxation: home cinema; gym; sauna; shower; and a Jacuzzi on the terrace. You will also find a bedroom with en suite shower room on this floor.
On the next floor, the living room with the open plan kitchen has several corners where everyone can relax and find their own space. There is also a bedroom with a shower room on this level.
All the bedrooms have a balcony and a television. On the top floor, a huge bedroom with a shower room has a lovely window overlooking the living room.
There is also another bedroom and a small staircase which leads to an unusual dormitory room under the eaves for four people. A large separate bathroom with a shower, bath and double sink means you can avoid the queues at rush hour!
A library corner with a glass floor is an unusual space overlooking the living room.
Built on a slope, the chalet has little accessible green space. However, two large terraces make the most of the superb view.
One terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy the view from the Jacuzzi, while the other is great for sharing a meal with friends.
The owners have chosen a star theme for the décor of Chalet Stellaone. We are sure you will love the many little details around the chalet which will put stars in your eyes.

"As a ski instructor and also a carpenter, I spent more than four years of my life making this project a reality. Located in the heart of the Aravis mountains, the chalet has benefited from all of my knowledge, and that of my tradesman friends, who are all from the Aravis valley.
I'd like to use this space to thank them for all of their amazing work.
I'd like you to come and see for yourself the result of all that work: a chalet built in larch, which is pretty innovative, combined with metal and glass. Everything has been designed around the wellbeing of our guests.
The south-facing location overlooking the pistes offers a superb view of the mountains. Make sure you take a moment to relax in the spa, especially when it is snowing.
